Call again and they say 'ok we'll bring a heater' 30 more minutes go by and we call again 'if you want it sooner come to the front desk and you can get one' which I do and low and behold they are out of space heaters. Called the front desk 'we'll bring extra blankets and a space heater' an hour goes by and someone comes with one blanket and no heater.
